About us
Our agency
Celtic Childcare is an agency that has been operating since 1997 and is based in Turin; it is a member of the International Au Pair Association and a founding member of the Italian National Au Pair Agency Association.
Celtic Childcare was created to encourage young people to a cultural exchange between countries, giving them the opportunity of being welcomed in a family carefully selected by us. The agency offers Italian families the possibility to host in their homes young people coming from different cultures and countries (native speakers of English, Italian, French, German and Spanish), who want to embark on this experience, an experience that will enrich children, au-pairs and parents.

I can say that I have known Elisabeth for many years. Thanks to her agency, my adventure in the UK began and today she is still a point of reference for me.
I have contacted her again, some time later, and her willingness to meet my request was immense, as well as really very valuable to me.
To anyone who wants to have an experience abroad, I recommend contacting her… you will not be disappointed
Hi Elizabeth, the experience in Ireland went very well, thank you for helping me, I am at your disposal, if you want to call me.
The experience in England went so well that I found another family to work for from January until July 🙂 See you soon,
Turin, Italy is now one of my favorite cities. I worked as a live out tutor/babysitter and it was so easy to find clients because Celtic Childcare gave me so many connections. All the families were very pleasant and I learned a lot about Italian culture from being with them. So grateful for the help of Celtic Childcare.
Living a year in Ireland was the best experience I could have had!
On the first day there someone told me ‘what is different is neither beautiful nor ugly, it is different,’ and this phrase accompanied me throughout the rest of my experience.
When I left I did not know what to expect, I had never been to Ireland or even to a host family, but I was very open and curious to welcome all that would come, and very soon I fell in love with both Ireland and the people I met there, created many memories and made friendships that I still carry with me today.
Life in a host family may not always be easy, you become part of a new reality that will become your new home and you have to get used to it, but my host family welcomed me with open arms from day one and for that I cannot thank them enough.
I am very well thank you! The family is very helpful and kind! And I also do well in school! If you want we can talk about MY experience here, by email!

Good morning Elizabeth! What can I say, I remember every single moment spent this summer with joy. It was only two months but it left me with so much really.
